Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. This number must be issued by OE Replica Wheels before sending back any products.
To request an RMA number, please contact our customer support team with details of your situation so we can review and authorize the return. This applies to both new and defective items.
Restocking Fees & Return Instructions
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product. Please contact OE Replica Wheels before initiating a return to confirm any applicable charges and ensure the return is processed quickly and efficiently.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process all returns.
Do not send returns directly to the product manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts due to customer damage
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time before the refund posts.
- Contact your bank – processing time may delay the posting.
If you’ve completed all of these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to initiate the process and receive instructions for the return.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
OE Replica Wheels Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us right away so we can help determine the best resolution. Refunds do not include shipping costs. For exchanges of defective items, we cover shipping of the replacement item only.
Returned products must not be damaged or missing components or documentation. Non-stocking and custom items may be subject to restocking fees.
Note: Wheels cannot be returned once tires have been mounted. Please test fit wheels for clearance prior to mounting.

Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We encourage you to inspect all deliveries upon receipt and before signing. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
